Rules

In order to provide a safe and secure online platform for residents of communities that use our system, we have created and set several rules that we ask our members abide by while interacting with Communitrak.

Please Do:

• Use your Real Name
  • On Communitrak, you must use your full, legal name or the name that you are most often recognized by in a professional setting.
• Be Polite and civil.
  • Communitrak is a place for residents to interact with neighbors. Please treat your neighbors on Communitrak the same way you would treat them in person.
• Participate!
  • Communitrak is a great place for neighbors to interact and get to know one another. Features such as the Bulletin Board provide residents with a forum to share thoughts, recipes, events, and other important information.
• Report Inappropriate Behavior
  • Help keep your online community safe and family-friendly by reporting content that violates these rules or may be offensive to others.

Please Don't:

• Cyberbully
  • Communitrak is an online extension of your community. Please don't say or do anything you wouldn't in person. Always be polite and friendly. Please direct any concerns directly to your HOA leaders.
• Post Offensive Content
  • Please help keep your online community free and clear of inappropriate and offensive content. Always report any content you feel is not family-friendly.
• Violate the Terms of Service
  • Please do not violate the Communitrak Terms of Service. Doing so will put not only your personal account, but also your entire Communitrak community at risk of account suspension or termination.
